Pinang Plastic Industries is a plastic bottle manufacturer based in Bukit Minyak, Penang, producing PET, HDPE and PP bottles for food, beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and medical applications. Our plastic bottle factory has run blow moulding lines since 1995, supplying brand owners, fillers and contract packers across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

We manufacture bottles from 60ml to 1 litre in round, oval, square and custom shapes. Standard neck finishes include 28mm and 38mm, with options for flip-top caps, screw caps and measuring cups. Our range covers clear PET bottles for honey, juice and sauces, hot-fill PP bottles for drinks filled at high temperature, and white HDPE bottles for oils, chemicals and household liquids.

For the healthcare sector, we produce pharmaceutical and medical-grade bottles in PET, HDPE and PP, including liquid drop bottles, syrup bottles and cream containers, moulded in a controlled environment with food-grade resins.
